South East Asia Institute for Thalassemia (SEAIT) is a joint collaboration of Manav Sewa Sangh, Prem Niketan Hospital, Jaipur, India and Cure 2 Children Foundation, Florence, Italy, for the screening, detection and diagnosis of Thalassemia and blood disorders including blood cancer.
SEAIT is committed to provide world class healthcare and treatment to the thalassemia patients by a team of highly qualified doctors, dedicated nurses, para-medical and non-medical staff with the help of state-of-the-art diagnostics, therapeutic services in a comfortable, caring and safe environment at an affordable cost. With the passage of time, SEAIT has enhanced its infrastructure and also services of expertise.
As an addition, we are pleased to state that now guidance of one of most experienced doctors would be available to the centre. Dr G.N Saxena has joined as an advisor SEAIT, after retiring as Head of Department, Medicine, S.M.S Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur in September 2012. He is presently Dean, Telemedicine & Professor, Department of Medicine, Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences, Jaipur.
Not only this, as an International Advisor, services of Dr. Arvind Sharma would now also be available at the centre. Dr. Sharma is FRACP(Australia), MD, MRCP(UK); MRCPCH(UK) Sr. Consultant Pediatrician, Govt. of Western Australia; Sr. Lecturer, Faculty of Medicine, University of Western Australia and School of Medicine, University of Notre Dame Fremantle, Perth Australia.
